‘Live and Let Die’ 50th Anniversary Expanded and Remastered Soundtrack Album Announced

La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1973 James Bond movie Live and Let Die directed by Guy Hamilton and starring Roger Moore, Yaphet Kotto and Jane Seymour. The 50th Anniversary Edition album features the expanded and remastered original score from the MGM and EON production composed by George Martin, including previously unreleased music. Also included is the film’s title song written by Paul & Linda McCartney and performed by Paul McCartney and Wings. The 2-CD set, which is limited to 5,000 copies, is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out audio samples and find out more about the release. United Artists has previously released the original 1973 soundtrack album, while Capitol Records/EMI have released an remastered edition featuring eight additional tracks in 2003. Live and Let Die is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
