‘The Inventor’ Soundtrack Album Details

Lakeshore Records will release the official soundtrack album for the stop-motion animated feature The Inventor. The album features the film’s original score composed by Alex Mandel (Your Friend the Rat, Super Giant Robot Brothers), as well as nine original songs written by the composer and performed by voice cast members including Daisy Ridley, Marion Cotillard, Matt Berry & Stephen Fry. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 15. The streaming/download link will be added to this article within the next day. The Inventor is written and directed by Jim Capobianco, co-directed by Pierre-Luc Granjon and follows inventor Leonardo da Vinci as he leaves Italy to join the French court, where he can experiment freely, inventing incredible machines, flying contraptions, and study the human body. The animated movie premiered at this year’s Annecy Film Festival and is being released in U.S. theaters this weekend by Blue Fox Entertainment.
