Netflix Music will release the official soundtrack album for the streamer’s original anime series Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Japanese DJ Ken Ishii. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 18. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune is based on Carlo Zen’s sci-fi novel Yakitori and features the voices of Taito Ban, Asami Seto, Shunsuke Takeuchi, Kengo Kawanishi, Akari Kito, Kenjiro Tsuda, Wataru Takagi, Tetsu Inada and Hatsune Miku. The ARECT production takes place in a future when Earth is colonized by a superior alien civilization and follows a young man who enlists as an expendable Yakitori foot soldier. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
